Closed suggestions / Puls rifle BP

Personaly i dont have any ide how to implement it! but i like this weapon and wana see more often in the game.... and no i dont wana pay 200k to x caps for this weapon. i would like to craft it or even better loot if from players.... but nobody using it cos its rare as shit... im realy sad.....

If a melee ghoul mercenary puts away hes weapon for some reason... he will never equip any weapon for the "arm your self" option agan! If combat happens he will equip a weapon from his inventory but after combat ends he will put it away agan!

I also experienced this with companions too... so probably all follower that is able to equip weapons have the same issue! need to be confirmed... sadly i dont have the caps to try all followers out!
