You can get lvl 24 below 1 hr by farming junk .... 

and how is it?
what to craft to obtain 24 for 1 hr???

150 lockpick + 10 pe + 10 ag + extended lockpicks
10+ attempts = nothing

You dont need to clear lvl 2 of millitary base if you have cards from base you did before.

this is not true.
checked yesterday
had to clean up the bunker again to find the keys
The key i need - is one from the player own base bunker
