caravans bug !!

I traveled with caravan for 4 times now and i didnt meet any encounter. I was with another player in caravan.

Ok now we traveled with 3 players and still no encounter.

what was your lvl what was the lvl of other players which trip did you do ?

We did the gun runners one and another one from hub to ncr. Lvl 200, lvl 100 and lvl 16 with the 3 players.

2 people, no encounters. Not sure yet does it happen if you are alone.
