Sharpshooter profit BUG You undermine the game and its rules? ADMIN?

IF i can't  GET MORE THAN 10PE,  THE GIME ME +4 to Sequence.  WHY?   
SHARPSHOOTER GIVES +2 PE   THAT IS  +4 TO SEQUENCE!!!!!!!!
NOW I HAVE WITH SHARPSHOTER 22.
BEFORE  SHARSHOTER 22.

 IF 1PE  GIVE +2 SEQUENCE THEN 1PE GIVES  +2 SEQUENCE!!!!!
WHY I HAVE  HERE 22 IF SHARPSHOTER IS BUGGED AFRET 10pe.  "MBY BCUZ I CAN'T HAVE MORE" OK I WILL AGREE WITH THAT.  BUT I WILL NOT AGRRE WITH NO +4 SEQUENCE  IF SHARPSHOOTER GIVES +2 MORE PE THAT I CANNOT HAVE. THEN GIVE ME +4 SEQUENCE, THAT GIVE +2 PE FROM SHARPSHOOTER!!!!!!!!!

SharpShooter only gives a bonus to sight range worth of 2 PE points so when running 10PE + Sharpshooter you'll have 12 PE worth of sight range. Get it through your skull.

It doesn't really give you +2PE, it only gives you the extra sight range for +2PE.
