Please be aware location of said base will be random, however limited to few zones around the city. With DIY bases you can select the exact spot where the base is about to be.

Look for the bald guy in leather armor, prepare extra 5 caps to buy him a beer. They look alike in Junktown and Klamath, not sure about Redding bar (Malamute Saloon).

Private server is not an issue since FOnline SDK has been released years ago. There is or was a few 2238/Reloaded clones over years, none of them became superpopular. And as far as I know all of them had full loot drop and hexing features enabled.

Depends on the goals they've set for themselves. None of us can tell for sure. Having a server with narrow pool of players, focused on killing geckos and shit, could be the goal as well.

Sure, we all know that online games are meant to be played alone.

I've never said so. I just pointed out how player count is important for devs of this particular server. Therefore moaning about low players number is invalid in this case.

I also like the idea of the loot drop feature during TC and T4 dungeons. This should satisfy those crybabies yapping about omg ded gaem!!!!111. Personally I'm not interested in TC, and T4 is gay, so won't bother me.

Do you realize that the WHOLE FUCKING POINT of Fonline is to join factions right?

Well, no. Of course it's way easier to carry on within a faction, providing a supply chain and support in fights. But it's not mandatory to join one.

The very first FOnline was first known as "Fallout 2 Factions Mod" Then when the Rotators Dev group took over, it became FOnline:2238. From the very start, it was a team based mod for Fallout 2. So the reason you died is because you didnt play the game it was meant to be played.

Yeah, but then I'm afraid they couldn't make up their minds if it's still a faction mod, a Mad Max Wannabe paradise or whatnot. For sure it was a simulator of waiting later on.

If you wanted to play solo, just fucking play fallout 1 or 2.

And if you want to pew-pew people, play CS:GO or something.

We've been through this kind of discussions numerous times already, booooring.

The sequence is right since 2011 or whenever it's been introduced on 2238 server, and is applicable for all 2238/Reloaded clones as well.

Your character has to have 100% Outdoorsman skill in order to get Ranger perk.
