As i read in wiki topic, it's says that i need to write "+requesthelp HELP" in chat, and administrator comes to me and help, but nobody coming.

Pls, help me to buy my first base.

Ignore that "important note", it was already fixed and you can buy bases without problems.

But when i go to the NCr capital and try to buy base for 10 000 caps, he said, that dont knows me and can't help me, how to crete base, if it's not bug?

You need to use a faction name in say option from faction name list...

Log in game > Enter > ~ffn > F2 > exit game > go to fonline folder > find file "messbox_2015.XX.XX_xx-xx-xx.txt > open file and format to this:

Kilgore, you removed that "important note" from that wiki page, i guess because that bug has been fixed, but the note still applies. I would leave it since it still applies to some bases from before the bug was fixed. I myself just tried to manage hideout clearance recently at my old bunker, and found it was broken. So going to the wiki, i read the note and i know what to do. See?

I removed it because it's misleading info for new players and they will ask us before making faction base (as in this topic).

Old players already know how to deal with problems in game.
