If you didnt gave him pass then how did he gwt to your acc ?

There are only 2 options about how someone did get into your acc. :

- you gave him password
- your password was too easy

Both would be your bad and stealing accounts is not against rules so noone can do anything about it.

Just post the Following:
Charecter-name(s)
Charecter-ID(s)? If you remember it.
Name of faction base / Faction in general.

When this happened / Was it today? (Servertime / Or ingame time).

Don't forget, giving passwords to people is an easy way to get baseraped, all things stolen. But you said you didn't give your password. I knew a few people who said the same because they thought their freind wouldn't figure they had to put '123' at the end of their passwords to get the right one. Or any other example you can think of.

Anyways, post these things, otherwise I don't believe any developer can help you.

The change you'll guess someone's password equals 0, maybe 0.1%. So that's not possible IMO, I had password like "password1" on 2238 and I never got my account stolen, played for years.

Solved already.

Character was not deleted, will be given back after next restart.
Bases most likely raped, there is not much I can do about it.

The dude that stole his character got permbanned on IP. We don't need such in our humble playerbase.

I suggest two things:
- don't share your passwords with not trusted people,
- don't steal characters of other people.

Well, you stole it the moment the password was changed and  the character used against it's previous owner. Maybe if the situation wasn't so clear to me then I would reconsider, but this one was extremely clear.
