Title: i dont know for 100% if this a bug or is it intended

when i was the fool and belived the WIKI that for the gun runners quest you will get a minigun BP i asked some friend to do it with me.

well i got a super sledge and a plasma pistol (sold by merchants) bps (total bs)

and now i stand -100 gun runners rep for 2 days - it does not decay

should it not go to 0? Cant do quests for them with this rep.

The reputation will only go up to -200 by default. You can reset your reputation to 0 at the Cathedral. But I think it will reset all of your reputation.
