If I downloaded the map creator and created a map, would it actually be a part of the game where other players could be brought to it? Like could I make my own base modle and live in it?

It can't be your OWN base model, but if its a base and its good and working, you can ask kilgore to make it a buyable/craftable base.

and yes, like a hinkley map can be made and used n other stuff like it
