Skill point lost

I just recovered my ore mine on my slaves and I turn everything into materials, I spend 5 level and I told myself that it would like in Fallout 2 that it blocks 99 points but in reality there 'are more, and low non ducoup I lost more than 64 skill points there is no way to remedy bug so I can get my points??

I earn 32 points per level I put a period at the beginning I think I lost more than 64 point type 75 point but recovered 64 points already well assertions would thank you if possible. If you think that you can always mito I checked I read 40 books that I could read and I Educated since level 1.
40 science behind 10 science book my driver to have at level 1.

It is not a bug, it is mentioned in the Wiki that you can only save up to 99 skill points, any skill point gained due to leveling after that point is lost. The same go's with perks. You can not save perks like with the old fallout, you have to pick a perk before you are offered the next one or you will loose out on a perk.

Intended. I don't think it's really ruining your character, as there is no level cap so you can still gain maaaaany skill points.

Unless its skill points that were taken before 24 and that are messing up your perks selection.
