Title: All rare cloths to have same or similar DR/DT as combat armor

As title says.

This would bring all the cloths some usefulness, rather than they just get stashed at everyone's tent  8)

Some are useful already .
Like the police uniform.

We already have Bridgekeepers robes.

And those clothes aren't rare at all, just go to cave and find too many of them :D

They don't need boost.
