Add reno locker with change

Imo some box spawning tier 3 weapons with max 2 bonuses wouldnt break the economy and could bring some fresh air into pvp scene.

instead of suggesting some Reno locker lets invite factions to make agreement between them and start pvp.
I was thinking about it, some of TTTLA want it too.

I agree with the rest of your post. I'll check what spawns in current New Reno locker and we'll change it maybe.

But instead of posting TOTALLY USELESS "+1" spam, you could post what items would be interesting to find there. Just no rares, please.

Ok if you think statted ca are too much what about that?

- Non statted brotherhood/ enclave/ ncr / desert (already spawning)
- Statted Combat (and combat mk2 maybe)  (already spawning)
- Statted craftable weapons  (already spawning)
- Hypos between X2 - X5 MAX  (already spawning)
- Statted brotherhood/ enclave/ ncr / desert helmets (spawning with no stats)
- Mines X3 MAX

What we could add to change a little bit is adding a small change for an item listed above to spawn with one of the following crafting materials:
- Gecko pelts X10
- Chems components X100
- skill books
- Random blueprints requiring second level of profession

And get rid of useless things such as
- X100 .223 ammo
- Explosives rockets and such
- Luisville slugger
