Yeah, I guess.
I don't really see why flamers need any special snowflake effects, though.

Like I said, advanced flamers are pretty strong already.
I fought a flameboy in the Hinkley Warzone on my plasma mid range tank
and had no chance inside the building unless I knocked him down on my first shot.
In the open he switched to a rocket launcher which seemed like a good combo.

I say no because getting hit with flaming fuel would be why i do not fall down. I would run around screaming unable to stop moving mostly by immediate reflex because i'm on fire!

Well i already suggested an effect somethink like this AP loss you can move around but you could not doo mutch maybe enough AP to do unaimed singleshoots, FA, and move/run it wont CC you completely but would force you to run or stand still to wait for your AP to regen back...
