Missing changelog from 31.08:
Changelog 31.08.2013
- Gun Runners Caravan Package quest is repeatable (after 6-9 hours randomly),
- Melee Damage is added also to minimum hth damage,
- Added various faction names,
- Removed some guards from Broken Hills, Redding and Den,
- Added protection for low level characters on worldmap (work in progress, will be adjusted based on feedback).
Glow:
- Added more enemies and more valuable items.
- After repairing, generator will be online for 15-20 minutes
- Added machines with spare Electronic Parts on level 2.
Vault 15:
- Changed to low-tech dungeon spawning basic weapons, armors and meds
- Added mobs and raiders on all levels
Tal-Chem location added, it will be high-level dungeon. Currently the interior of it is inaccessible as it's not finished, will be available after rework, also spawning bosses with implants..
Ares lvl 3 and lvl 4 added, for now only placeholders (nothing to do there). Will be available after rework, also spawning bosses with implants.
Added tunnels under Klamath, they will be another low-level dungeon in the future.
Changed Warehouse in Los Angeles to mini-dungeon, filled with deathclaws and few lockers spawning valuable items.
