add encounter window delay to prevent missclicking

I sometimes enter unwanted encounters or cancel wanted ones because I missclick when the encounter window pops up. This doasn't happen while traveling long distances, but it does when I'm walking around a specific place looking for encounters, so I need to click quite often in order to find something.

Would it be possible to add a very short delay before the message appears? You would see the little red lightning icon for like half a second before you get to choose If you want to fight or cancel.

I hope I am making this clear enough.
