Now. Im going to say one thing first, try to keep the cancer out of here. This is a serious discussion and really only to benifit PvP in the future. So to those who actually care about PvP remain civil and talk toxicity to other pages.
Now anyways.
Heres a few things I have to suggest.
Ive been talking to some players and from what I understand. most do NOT want implants at all. Very many have stated that it ruined combat completely.. While I dont agree with that statement. I do agree that the Dermal and Phoenix implant is a little much. I single these two out because when it comes down to it, neamen does really mean shit. It can still die in 2-4 burst or 1 nice crit hex from a crit burster. I enjoy the idea of SPECIAL implants because it doesnt completely rule over the character and its just a small added bonus.
Either we remove Dermals and Phoenixes completely or have a implant limit.
There is absolutely no reason for a tank with 309hp should have 89% DR.
Those who spend a lot of time looking for implants have a serious advantage towards those who could really care less about getting implants.
In my opinion, the only edge in peoples characters that should have (aside from SPECIAL and neamens) is their stated armor, weapons, and skill.
