What you think is beter to pick Action Boy or more HtH criticals?

the perks i am going for sure are
Better HtH criticals
Bonus HtH attacks
inYourFace
SilentRuning
Bonus HtH dmg

so it leaves me whit 3 more perks so i was thinking
Dogger or HtH envade but i dont know is it worth it if i am lvling up sneek so will 40+ AC give me any miss chance from 3hex and i have higher chance to come next to him and have proper 50% of miss (in your face) BUT TO LVL SNEEK TO 300% i need like lvl 90 xD

Or shoud i go 2 action boys and more HtH critical

SO CONFUSED xD open for suggestions

I was at respawn point and dude respawend i temt looking like aryo pesant vilager
how can he do thet i know ther are chlots thet make you look difrent but he just respawned so he coudent have any item he neame was Ghost Reacon i think

I am knockdown build and i got my mega fist and run down to werhouse and  even bonus criticly hit the Slag (guard) and bich wont go on flore(be knockdown) then i hit here again and nothing she just moved 1 hex back i hited here 5 more times before i died she 1 time becomed like fire wtf is this game buged hard or what i dident knock here down 1 time and i have 10str and mega fist (ofcores Havyhand perk)

Can i have more profesions or only 1 just asking to be sure and the real 2 questions on sneek skill it seys thet wering combat armor desables sneek but i can turn sennek on wering NRC green armor my character becomes transparent so is sneek disabled or not and second about repering does it alwes lower your armor reating or did it hapend to me cus i am low skill?
