what's a physic nullifier?

I have not found anyone who really knows. I believe it is yet another item (of many) that falls into the following category:

No Known Purpose Yet, Maybe Was Added With A Purpose But We're Not Sure

However, items like this should not be casually discarded because any of them can suddenly become very valuable if a GM Auction is announced and an item like this is designated by a GM. So one time it was Fuzzy Paintings, and another time it was Black CoC Badges.

A psychic nullifier is a strange device. It blocks telepathic or psychic commands.
It is placed on the head of a psyker to disable or prevent them from using their powers. A psychic nullifier also blocks incoming telepathic attacks when worn by a non-psyker, such as those frequently experienced in the Corridor of Revulsion. The Vault Dweller can obtain one to aid in passing through the Corridor of Revulsion on the way to the Master.
It really serves no purpose in fonline. Kolgore, ¿can we get this peice of trash either removed or scienceable?

It's an itemm that originally came from first Fallout game, where you could obtain it to get protection against Master's (end boss) attacks.
It has no purpose in FOnline yet.
