Gun runners delivery, need help

Hi guys, i actually don't know how to give the materials that the gun runners ask in the quest. I speak him with the resources he ask, but they have nothing to give him and continue the quest. The only thing that i can said him is "Sure, ill be back with the resources". Any tips?

This is reported few times already, you should not accept offer to bring them resources as that option doesn't work.
Not sure, but your quest most likely ended at that point.
