Player Groups?

Hello, I am new to this game, and I would like to know if creating player groups (or parties) are available, like for playing with friends? (Sorry for my english)

How to make a group of players:

1. Left click on player and hold
2. Chose icon with arrow and 3 mans


3. You will see an arrow above his head
4. Move close to the Player you want to follow


5. Click follow when he step on the exit grid


6. You are in party with other player/s
