Some good build laser sniper rifle? Please help me

I don't know how much helpful this might be as this is my first energy sniper build created, but hey ho, atleast someone can react on my setting and argument what should've been done differently and so:

So as I do believe snipers should only shoot/hope/run in case of failure, I do not expect more hp than 100:
S: 4
P: 10
E: 2
C: 1
I: 4
A: 10
L: 10

Small Frame
Finesse

Perks taken:
3rd lvl: More critical (taken on fourth level)
6th lvl: Even More critical
9th lvl: SharpShooter
12th lvl: Better Criticals
15th lvl: Right between the eyes (taken on 17th lvl)
18th lvl: Bonus Rate of Fire
21&24 lvl: Action boys

Depends on what kind of playing do you prefer, in TB you would have 2 aimed shoots without using any drugs...
Get that turbo plasma rifle, laser rifle -AP cost, Jet, Cookie and see what you got

This build is open to any discussion, I'm not an expert, that was just my idea.

I've came to conclusion, that finesse is bad in general. Just my 2 cents for now.

I'll try to find some more time to post my ideas of energy sniper build.

That EN is very, very low.  It will make your life difficult.  Also Finesse is junk for EW builds, I'd scrap it.

It's pretty much only useful for a crippler build in my experience.

Fineese is no good for laser, But works wonders for SG.

Athena how about you tell us what kind of build you want, PvE/PvP - Drugged/Non-Drugged. Tank/-nontank.

I have SG drugged sniper with 11PE 211hp 14AP Fineese crippler which is much better in PvP then a 88hp sniper that only shoots 2x eye shot

I think your build is close but here are a few adjustments you could do and end up with more hit points:

ST 3 + PE 9 + IN 2 = EN 6

ST 3 instead of 5 because you can use Weapon Handling, and continue to boost EW skill past level 24.

PE 9 instead of 10 because you can use cigs which are very easy to get for free and in large quantities.

Don't worry about IN 2 instead of 4 because again you can boost EW skill over level 24. The perks just barely work out too.

Weapon Handling at level 5 (you won't make it by level 3 so just be patient)
Even More Criticals at level 8 (you won't qualify for this at level 6 so just be patient)
More Criticals at level 11 (planner says ending crit chance is 25%)

The rest are the same perks you took except for Sharpshooter. I don't see much need for SS anymore since gun skill can be boosted past level 24 and you already see 50 hexes, which is 5 hexes beyond a laser rifle's range anyway.

Ending Hit Points: 139
Drugs Required: Buffout, Nuka Cola, cigs

Jet! You should play with using Jet on this guy since it is so important to have 14 Action Points. FYI: Jet lowers ST though so your 95% CtC eyes is reduced to 88%.

So ending Hit Points 139, 14 AP w/Jet, Sight 50 w/cigs, Carry 73, Sequence 20.
(Party Points 11 so you can get a mosquito follower if they existed).

I also suggest Small Frame + Chem Reliant to get more use from your drugs.

PS: I never heard of an EW sniper tank. I don't think they exist.

You're going to have a more nerfed build without drugs. They are incredibly easy to get, I personally see no reason not to utilize them in any build meant for PvP.

139 HP doesn't exactly fall into "Tanky" category, either. More like "glass cannon". My build is 137 HP, and it's very, very easy to die - which is how I like it, but no one in their right mind would consider it a tank.

Tanks are so called 200-290hp fighters, maybe with some resistance too.
