BOS Quest problem

I've couldn't find BOS abandoned bunker near Necropolis.

In PIPBOY this quest has status ERROR.

Quest is unfinished and it cannot be completed. I really wish to see quest done someday..

Edit: Atleast I did find bunker when I did it much as I could do quest, but didn't manage find last NPC to get quest completed.

I think quest could give 100% BA set as a reward.

I think it is located somewhere near necropolis - it is small yellow dot

There should be just yellow spot very close to Necropolis, in your map there isn't one.
Either you are missing point on quest or quest has failed or something.. many things what could happen.
