Hello Wastelanders.

Do YOU want 10K caps?
Ok the only think you have to do is coming to the Barter Ground (19:10) if you're the first person to enter it?
You get 10K caps.
So where are you waiting for?

No, it was not. I only gave away the caps to the first person to enter the Barter Ground.
