Title: No perks and HP

Hi guys,

My char stopped getting new perks on lvl27 and its HP does not increase since then. Is this some kind of a bug or a game feature?

Of course it's intended, otherwise you would meet players with 10.000 HP and 500 perks..

This is soft level cap. You won' t get any HP or perks after 24 lvl. But skill points, will be stack normally.

Cool, thanks. However, the cap seems to be set pretty low to me.

Be nice to change perk cap to 30.
