'Chance' is a degree of probability. If you encounter them less often it just means the odds were against you, nothing more

Closed bugs / Dialogue option - Gecko

When in Gecko and talking to Harold helper, there is a dialogue option for 'Help Harold do what?' (or similar) and the dialogue box disappears or just wont  reacted when clicking the option.

Closed bugs / Knife inventory/equip

When I entered my tent area (not sure if that has to do sth with the bug), I got 2 knifes in my inv. When I wanted to put a knife in my hand it automatically inserted both knifes in one slot (not just one). Needed to put away one knife and then equip the other one.
