What's your problem, no respecting game rules = ban, having no respect for devs = ban.
I don't see anything wrong. Btw. next time avoid situation when you could be sentenced for dual logging. It's not hard.

#1 Game rules weren't broken -> But players still get Banned
#2 Explain the situation privately -> get told to fuck off, bans not repealable
#3 See Actual rule breakers -> no ban no action, despite asking why
#4 Make it public and ask WTF -> get told to pound sand, no evidence provided,
#5 Get accused of things you didn't say/do by admin  -> repeat steps 1-5 all over again

Yes I did say Fuck Kilgore and his bans, and I meant it.  That's the only valid "crime" of the lot.

There's no avoiding Next Time Mad Matt - that's the whole point of the thread.  My guys were just selected and banned.

Back to subject, Kilgore said your boys didn't passed the test. In my opinion it would be better to say sorry to Kilgore, don't act like server's owner and ask for unban. It would be faster, easier and simply as fucking. Try it Next Time instead of  calling REAL server owner to go and fuck himself...

What I did was create a flare trap that is and will probably end in a huge circle jerk, I got my brother to spawn in, bluesuit, when things got heated. It's tough to just tell my parents to fuck off if I'm playing a game, I at least try to have some decent respect, that's the way me and my family is raised. My brother went offline and I gave some more locations of players, Kilgore teleported me out of the flare and demanded that I gave him proof, right at that moment. I explained myself and my situation and he just laughed at me and banned me.

That's what I did, what I thought and how Kilgore reacted, in my opinion unreasonable way without allowing me for me and my brother to explain ourselves.

This Online service would struggle to continue it's existence without The Khans continued financial support.  All we're asking for is a fair shake and to be heard, and instead you are shitting all over us; not provided proof of any kind, and banning us unreasonably.

My final comment on this matter is that the Khans don't surrender - and there will be retribution for this insolence - however drastic we choose it to be.

Like I said, I was giving out remaining positions and was about to go offline, tired from already 3 or so hours of fighting and maybe I'm just a little addicted to this game, always having that "one more minute" mentality. My brother doesn't has such mentality and isn't as deep into this game as me. Hell, he doesn't even play this game, I just gave him a shitty character he could scout with.

I'm being civil, giving new perspectives and basically explaining myself and still Kilgore doesn't seem to care.

It happened many times before this, from plain ignorance to just miscommunication. Kilgore is only picking up the negatives, which will happen if you don't seem to care about criticism and yes, if you make players think you don't care, then people give their opinions in a less civil way. That is what is happening now, out in the open, for everyone to see, for everyone to make their opinions about.

Game =/= forums. Nicknames like these on forums would get banned but not ingame. The game has own set of rules and forums got separate one. What connects both is fact that u may not disrespect developers.  They've spend a lot of time to get this pile of pixels working for your primitive entertainment and u better respect it.

If you think that it's a some problem with recognition who use cheats I can tell you "hell no" then. The FOnline's community is too small for it and most of the old players can recognition that situation very easy. When SW did it they sent request for check it without any nicknames used in the game by +requesthelp ingame command. Reaction from admins was very fast and they checked everybody there, even from SW like Koniko who had there shared character with his friend from Old Virgins team. His friend was on our TeamSpeak.

Bullshit. Here's my reply which I sent to him (and Bison). Nobody was being told to fuck off. The topic was already posted.



Second thing:
Having two characters, playing from one IP, in one map, with more than 30 players on it - I would call it a specific situation.
In this specific situation, if you don't want to be banned for dual log, you should at least be able to prove that there are two persons playing on these chars - as long as these two characters were inside.
But you weren't able to prove that, so you were banned for duallog. What else you could expect?
You probably don't have an idea how many times, when catching duallogging people, we (me and DocAn) hear those excuses:
- I'm playing with my brother/sister/mother/father/dog! but they are afk, because he/she is eating/went to shop/walk the dog/water the plants in the garden.

What communication? You and the other guy didn't even PM me once about ban, just waited until your faction leader starts shitstorm. Which is wrong of course, because shitstorm never helps.

But I'll tell you how a typical administration would react:
- a typical administration would ban you providing no answer for you asking why,
- a typical administration would ban Gargantua for a long time, probably permanent, in game for insults, in forum for starting flame and spamming other sections,
- a typical administration would lock and remove this thread.
Maybe this is the way we should solve problems?

Kilgore, the reason I didn't PM you is because at the moment I didn't care and still, I don't care, I've said this yesterday too it's just a couple days of time which I can get back.

My comment about the communication is not just yesterday, but I get it, we can't listen to everyone and respond to everyone.

And I also understand that you and DocAn don't have to believe every single person. I'm not making it a  problem. Hell, I'm not even mad. I'm just answering questions and telling things I believe should be said.
