Uh how?  You mean when you end turn or something because that would be normal ?

in real time or tb mode...if it is in tb mode, that is not bug, i think, because rest of your action points on end of turn going to ac, Fallout formula?I dont know what formula is now...i saw you have bonus to ac even if you not run in this season.
