Unless it's 100-300k for perks, I highly doubt it. But not even than. Than having support perks becomes just another chore to do.

As far as I see the economy: private mine + slaves -> unlimited resources (+much xp) -> everything can be purchased from byproducts of crafting. Caps is just another byproduct.

I think there are other and maybe better way to stabilize number of caps ingame. And I can't see future with paying caps for support perks.
