- All combat and power helmets have radio equipped now (only new items),
- Default channel for all radios is set to 0,
- Radio reception is enabled by default,
- Fixed bonus for Desert Helmet and NCR Combat Helmet,
- Knockback perk changed to Penetrate perk for Mega Power Fists and Power Fists,
- Warehouse locker can be opened only after guards are dead,
- Warehouse guards are more aggressive now,
- Few computers with electronic parts added inside Vault 15 (Level 1),
- Vault 15 has two additional containers spawning weapons with limited bonuses (and an additional guard),
- Additional ammunition spawns in Vault 15 and Warehouse basement,
- Added kill counter for Pashtshuurs,
- Mirrored Shades can be found again,
- Volume for Pashtshuur and Plant Spikes changed to 0,
- Fix: Gunrunners quest with mutants is now repeatable,
- Fixed a bug with Ruined Military Bunker location not being removed (will affect only new locations),
- Hardened Power Helmet crit mod changed from -27 to -30,
- Special Encounters can't be found in areas without normal encounters (like town zones),
- Few dialogue and description fixes.

Additional changes to FO2238Config.exe tool:
- Fog of War enabled by default, all you need to do is setting a hotkey via tool and use it in game (no further .cfg editing required),
- You can set hotkeys for using following items: First Aid Kit, Field Medic Kit, Hypo, Doctor's Bag, Paramedic's Bag, Motion Sensor (On/Off), Stealth Boy (On/Off), Detonator, Radio.
Use updater to download new FO2238Config.exe.
