I guess it's time to bring back "Wasteland is harsh" statement to a visible place. 8) LOL
Towns aren't part of the wastelands. That's like saying a pk in the boneyard should be dealt with in Modoc.

I dont see diferences between shooting and bombing. Guards should react at any hostile actions done by players to players in "guarded cities".
Is game killing only place where we can just stand still a while and simply talk ? Where players should met friends?  Outside the cities?

Hey, I'm sure you know what I meant! :P Any feature ingame that isn't forbidden by game rules is allowed. Be careful, predictive and if shit happens... deal with it. :D

They do. But when someone drop activated land mines to the ground, they don't do anything.

Sure. With a well placed landmine or remote bomb you can insta-gib anyone.
So in San Fran or Reno you could use them to get implants and high tier stuff.

As for explosives in towns;
Demolition experts are a neat build concept and shouldn't be forbidden.

There should however be a similar mechanic as the steal detecting, so that guards have a chance o spot bombers.
This should apply to both activating explosives as well as dropping them.

Throwing explosives should count as a direct attack.

Better to need to have sneek so if they are inivs they can plant and if guards see him he attacks

Bug with putting land mines in front of guards will be fixed.
