Like, a character which uses a laser rifle from long range?
Because that might not be the best, with the whole "EW leave tracers"

I think he means the laser beam, enemies can see it and it will reveal your position. Its not a big problem though

You would need all implants, good gear,hell of luck and good situations to be able to stand against Fast Shot / Burst builds.. These 2 builds rules the game, you will be only disappointed playing a sniper.
