Toxic Caves / Fonline Reloaded or FOline 2?

So I was just looking by, and i wanted to know if there are any other online fallout games, so I found FOline 2, now i'm wondering if i should start focusing on that, or stay focusing on this?

I just want it to reach atleast 60 fps, but i have no idea how to do it.
