He is not. He is an insane farmer from fo2 who gathered over 300 hours worth of farming for Fo2 implants. Then he just gave up on game oneday and gave access to all his chars on forum.

He never uses implants. Just hoards them.

Like I said.... Insane farmer for implants he never uses. if you can figure out why I give u a medal Rothbard.
