Poison Throwing Knifes

Hey! I'm a big fan of throwing knifes, starting from the very beginning of FO. And now i know there's new feature bout them - "poison". But i can't understand how to get them or craft. Please, any help!?

Not obtainable atm, will be added to some NPC.

If you are really a fan of these knives, bring some (+radscorpion tails) to me and we'll see.

And where is razor ? :') i checked boneyard/The salvager camp and...nothing i searched the wrong way ? any hint pls :p thanks in advance.

Soooo... Small update about "Finding Razor" movie. I've met a dev in Hub and he said that i need to look for Trisha to make make poison knifes. When i get there (Salvagers) Trisha asked me for trash, thats all. With no offer in upgrading.
P.S. I was having 20 knifes and 10 radtails in my inv.
So i've +requesthelp. and dev came... In few moments later he said that it looks like its still WIP. I said, that Kilgore already anounced that feature, and he said that Kilgore must be wrong 'bout that.
