Lost My Faction Leadership Title

So I logged in today after making a base and my character has been demoted to Recruit. I now can't see my base since I didn't give recruits access to my base. Is there any way to get my leadership title back so I can see my base again?

Okay so I was told there was a rollback and we've lost the base. Does that mean I should leave the faction and remake it again? Or just build a new base with the rank I have?
