I have same problem with terminal in VC. I only get message "This appears to be working computer" and nothing else. I dont have Wacky Wastelands

Same situation as me. I've tried it with multiple characters and nothing happens. Is there something else I need to do before accessing that computer?

i used NCR's vault tec transcom to talk with Vault 24 and Enclave (with President), after that all i'm going to NCR goverment and try to find help, but i cant and now i need to check BARS? What? I checked all bars in NCR and other's cities, and i dont know what i need to complete this stage of quest. 

UPD: quest finished, i found guy in NCR outside bar, thanks for help, admin can delete topic)

It is working u just need to copy-paste your binds between two folders, as stated on first page of this thread.
"FO2238Config.exe at the moment saves bindings in wrong file, FOnline2238.cfg.
Game reads bindings from Reloaded.cfg."

I made this topic to get information how to configure few hotkeys:
Since SSOther doenst work how to configure it, to use stimpak on someone?
How to configure FA and doctor to use it instantly on myself?

Use ALT + 1 to use FA on your character and ALT + 2 to use Doctor

What about auto-aiming for snipers? FO2238Config's binds don't working in this session i think (on my computer with Widows 10 didn't)
