Xl now has 20-40 x 15 for 6 ap that is 300-600 dmg.

Typically only 1/3 of bullets hit the target during the burst unless it is:
1. Critical (then all bullets hit the target)
2. 1-hex

Taking this into account we have:
XL: 20-40 x5 => 100 - 200
XL (Brdx2 Mrd) 27 - 47 x5 => 135 - 235

Minigun:  11-14 x10 => 110-140
Minigun (Brdx2+Mrd) 18-21 x10 => 180-210

Avenger: 13-16 x10 => 130 - 160
Abenger (Brdx2+Mrd) 20 - 23 x10 => 200 - 230

Miniguns have more steady damage output, while XL is more random.

Me and my friends have been playing this game since release, and it was one of our trusted members that stole everything. It was some stupid external goals that led him to act so compulsive, but whatever. We lost a bunch of stuff, every single locker in our outpost was filled to the brim with stuff, and our car was loaded too. Sometimes, shit happens.
Generally if you don't know the guy in real life - don't invite him.
There are some people who are known base-rapists since 2238 server times.

Welcome to Fallout Online!

You are not the first one, you are not the last one who's base/tent was raped. This is a part of the game.
You should be very careful about whom you invite to your tents/bases as some people can be a base rapists.

Another thing is never travel with map of your base/tent location in your backpack and watch your travel party list for unwanted followers.

To be honest i would like to have caps removed from the game instead.

The only factions that could have it's own currencies are NCR and Enclave (BoS and VC potentially could have ones too).
For the rest you should trade valuable items for valuable items.

There is already SPEECH SKILL that adds to your party points. Each 3% give you a point.

It would be a loss of time to implement something like this.
Well, it might be not a high priority feature, but this will improve user experience.
I don't see why this should take alot of time to implement (unless the code in the area is a total crap).

How to arm you slave ? Is it even possible ? Or give him armor. I've tried command "arm youself" afther giving my slave an armor and a weapon but noothing happened.
Arming slave it possible, but different slaves use different weapons.
(For example Ghoul Crazier use rifles, Homesteader lady uses SMGs or 14mm pistol, Lone wanderers use spears and knives) more info here: http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Slavery
Slaves can't wear armor, however some slaves are a bit armored by default (Trappers, Combat slaves, Bandits).

Looks like that LK has a major impact on sciencing something.
My 4LK character with 16% science gets almost as much resources as my 1LK crafter with 125% science. D:

It would be nice to rework game mechanics a bit so you can postpone taking perks, but in a very specific way.
Scenario:
You have leveled up to level 24 and did not take any perk (character doesn't have skilled trait).
When you press 'C' button and see perk selection window:
you are prompted to chose one of the pre-level6 perks then (after you pick one)
you are prompted to chose one of the pre-level9 perks then (after you pick one)
you are prompted to chose one of the pre-level12 perks then (after you pick one)
you are prompted to chose one of the pre-level15 perks then (after you pick one)
you are prompted to chose one of the pre-level18 perks then (after you pick one)
you are prompted to chose one of the pre-level21 perks then (after you pick one)
you are prompted to chose one of the pre-level24 perks then (after you pick one)
you are prompted to chose one of the pre-level25 perks.

And by pre-levelX perk i mean perks that you can pick (if you haven't picked one) before you reach that levelX:
pre-level6 perks -> perks that you can pick on levels 3-5.

For skilled it should work in similar manner (just level numbers are different).

If it is not a bug, then it's one of the most retarded features I've ever seen:
1. It doesn't make any point (you still can walk, but you have to just click more)
2. It brings annoyance (100x click for thing that you should be able to do in 1x click).

I suggest those click after each hex should be removed. Impede player movement speed if required.
