Why not to remove -1ap bonus from ALL weapons instead?  Replace this bonus on existing weapons with +5 range or something.

Your point is similar to removing all big guns from the game, and than saying "where you see some perk/trade change" . Strictly, they weren't, but builds basing on them were rendered useless, and forced to re-roll.

1) Spammers are to powerful in TB, it should be changed
2) Spamers are weak in RT, but that is ok., they are TB chars, right?

So it is unfair, that spamer is too good in TB, you want other builds to be as efficient, but the fact that Spammer in RT stands no chance is ok?

Headquarters don't have to be located in the area the company is actually active. For example, many companies have moved headquarters *abroad* to lower taxes.

 In the US you have different legislation in each state, so sometimes headquarters are in a different state for legal reasons. Darn, they could even relocate office buildings just because they managed to get a cheap piece of land nearby.

For the record - I would like to participate as well; I've send a PM to DocAN at  11:11:46 AM (server time), but he was unavailable. He is on the forums now, but not on IRC nor Trading Grounds.

There is still some time left, but I wanted the pics to be taken after dark (in game); and I'm not sure if I;ll get another time window to do that.

Jotis, could you PM me, after the event, what are those boxes you have made a Brahmin pen of? It looked like a caravan quest boxes to me, but those vanish after being put on the ground.

Jesus, 1,4 MB on Imageshack takes forever to load during evening hours, couldn't you crop it, or something?

I had the same problem with Slavers Guild.


Are the options clicable, despite lacking text? I remember being able to use the one with "missing lexem" thingy.

Top ones are always going towards VC side of the railway, if I remember right.

I think the dialog script was altered to allow morons to join, but only on the first INT-Check.

No idea weather that should be treated as a perk (hard stat requirements), or quest, but there are no requirements in the description, and "Reloaded" was suppose to allow quests / conversations with <4 Int.

Either - or, there is a bug there somewhere ;)

No clue, I can only see that it is a 3d rat by the crazy polygon outline when trying to target it.

Just the operation, methinks, not implants. Nulifiers instead of combat armor, ball gags and dolls instead of caps.
That sets Rubber doll+ball gag at 20 k caps.

Doc Andrew turns out to be quite a pervert ;) There could be a darker secret tied to it. Disappearing kids, maybe? Locked room with weird setup, and toys? :P

Edit: Regardless of the items proposed, another location to install the implant would be nice. It could help us to avoid "crowd" ;)
