Game Help / Melee Fighter Perks/traits?

There are many perks that say they increase HTH - like Bonus HtH Attacks which say Unarmed attacks cost 1 less AP etc. Do these work for melee weapons like Cattle Prod and Sledge aswell? and in this case, which perks and traits work only for unarmed attacks so I can avoid taking them? I am trying to get a nice melee fighter build going, but it's hard to determine what to take because of this.

Game Help / Suicide ganking at mining sites.

I had two people come up to me in NCR mining site in vault suits. His friend suicided by killing my brahmin (then getting killed by guards) and his buddy just ran over and grabbed all my ore from the Brahmin. His friend then came back after respawning. Is this just shit manners or considered foul play?

it's not entirely crippler.. the added DR from finesse is very bad.. bruiser trait = extra Special Points at the cost of AP (which don't matter when play realtime). Lifegivers 1 is only 20 hp, i'd rather a bit extra damage.. this build will get 1 shot most of the time anyway if they get close and burst, 20 hp won't do much.

I have Child Killer after killing 1 child. In original you had to kill 3 children for it to influence. Does this influence anything? Thanks
