Closed bugs / Caravan missions

Currently on a caravan mission with several people. At least 20. After 5 trips, we havent had any encounters. Is this normal or is this some kind of bug that is being exploited? One of the guys named Russkie is spamming the shit out of the page so Im wondering if this is some how effecting the encounters some how. We are just getting ready to leave the Hub Right now.

Buy / Getting dropped when entering encounter.

Entered combat with Yakuza and then I got dropped, tried to log back it. it said I was already logged in on the server. Tried again, got there just in time to see the Yakuza stabbing me to death. Not sure if its a bug or just bad luck.

So are special encounters a one time thing. For example. I entered a special encounter and didnt realize it because I had just been threatened by an NPC, So my first reaction was to run. But looking the pipboy screen i noticed it said "You encounter..... " which seems to be the dialogue when special places are found. So again, Are they one and done or can they be found randomly several times?

Gee I sure wish this game had an economy like 2238. so that I could go to a trader and have them not buy anything from me. I wish IU could spend hours organizing my items and dragging random groups of stuff in different directions, only to find that the guy who came 5 minutes before me cleaned out the caps, forcing me to wait overloaded and then get killed by some lowlife, in a crime of opportunity.

They made the game better. Stop trying to turn it back into shit!

Making a list will be a long and frustrating task. I recommend using the "Angel, Devil" Icon when you right click on a player. You can label them yourself. That si of course if the greasy basterds even bother to loot your corpse after they murder you without hesitation. Factions can also compile a list of friends and foes. So the best thing to do is just stay aware of your environment. Use town/world function before entering a city and see if its safe to go there. If there is a pile of bodies laying on the ground, maybe try a different way in. Finally, it is a good idea to expect everyone you encounter to attack you. Out of 100 encounters, (and i promise ive counted) Ive been attacked by 97 of the people ive met. the other 3 I killed them just out of sheer reflex and expectation of being attacked. Shoot first and ask questions later.

Game Help / Does a character stop getting perks after level 24?

Good evening, I reached level 27 and when i went to level up, I wasn't given the option to select a perk. Is this how its suppose to be or is it a bug? I havent been able to find anything saying that the perks stop coming at any level. Does anyone know what the deal is?

I bought the gas station Faction base, Took the name "The Greasy Killers" So Now im at my base and I cant use to computer. It says I am not authorized to use it. How Do I fix this?

Ok i've been searching the wiki and the forums, and there is no explanation of how a guy makes a Faction. Could someone explain to me the steps I need to take? I want to buy a base and to do so I need to first name the faction. Every name I put in, the guy says "Ive never heard of you, sorry, I cant help you." After looking online I found a list of names. Every one I Picked, says its taken. So Where Is the list of names that are still available? Really could use some help here

Hey man I want to add the name Dead Presidents onto the list. How long does this take to add? It isnt really clear how to make my faction name. I have the caps to buy the base but cant until I choose a name. So do you guys have to approve it first?
