Bug tracking system

I suggest that Reloaded could use bug tracking system like 2238 used, this help Kilgore with his work and he doesn't need go check everytime forum for bug reports and would make sure that some bugs will be fixed and not leave unfixed.

Same bug tracking system that 2238 used, it was pretty easy to use and it is free.
http://trac.edgewall.org/

There is lot of bugs, and more coming almost everyday. This help everyone.

Another thing to maintain, nope sorry :P

Bug subforum is enough for me. I'm the only one making fixes anyway and I have everything in one place. Same about suggestions.

In theory there should not be much stuff in "Bugs", but in "Closed bugs" ;)

Edit: -1 bugs/closed bugs on the forums, +1 bug tracker. That is how it goes. Not for extra job.
