I agree that game still will not be completely balanced after something like this.

But it will be one step forward for a more balance on this server.

Nothing is worse than Fully implanted charecters using "Broken(OP) weapons" But I guess some people like the idea of having fully implanted charecters to fight Broken weapons on non implanted charecters.

I hope they either make implants not the required for PvP, or make them the standard, having them inbetween where its basically a "the rich get richer" scenario isn't good for balance, unless you are in one of the biggest factions your only hope of getting implants are farming warehouse with a couple high level friends.

I agree that rare items are good to stay that way. You got my +1 on that one. However, rare Items that last forever and give a big combat advantage is something I disagree with. On next session it will be fine. Do you mind elaberating why it would be a bad idea, Destiny?

On a side note. Everyone I've seen complain about this suggestion are people who have fully implanted tank charecters. You guys take this game too seriously. But I'm sure it's your wet dream to kill people without skill and call em noobs over their body. What ever rocks your boat, but, don't take that aditude to the suggestion part of this forum. (This suggestion was built up to bring fairness to this server. What's so unfair or problematic with it?)

Oh man, I could go at this all day. But for the sake of not responding to walls of text or provoking Forum PvP. I'll keep it short.

Who would like to play normally with that? Everybody will stay somewhere in their own tents and gain exp by craft some shit.

Lets make some other ways to get these implants. They can't be cheap. Every player MUST play for it.
My suggestion:
- urban lockers in specific zones, with some chance to spawn, required Treasure Hunter support perk,
- Glow, V15, Ares and/or some other dungeons, with some chance to spawn, and this can be some chance for begginers with low level,
- able to buy for few mln of caps,
- bring some events with rewards.

It cant be that new player who did nothing will get first rewards. They must play anyway coz as we see these implants are some goal of the game.

And I can also say the same about rare stuff like bozars, turbo plasmas, gausses, eca, ncr, ba and power armors. In this session new players who want to create new PvP faction haven't any chance for play with it.

In other way just switch off these implants/stuff and make useless these which are existing now.

Remek yes but buying mines shold be delated... this is shit idea. 2 fust lvl up characters... with mines people dont have time to learn how to play. No chance to foud someone in encounter ... thay play only one day per week when mine is end and can lvlup. easy way to foud or buy implant but high lvl to instal.

Any developer in their right mind would not do such a thing. It would ruin everyone's build. Some peoples builds and they would have to reroll again.

Again, if you do not like the suggestion I have wrote. Then say why you do not like it. If you like it, then say so. But stop the offtopic or home-made suggestions.

Without mines they will work in public quarries.

Look, you took this discussion, invited others to it and I just joined with my ways to solve problem of implants. Your suggestion is good but not enough good to bring AND HOLD players here in this session. Imagine that someone join to the game, get everything and he quit coz he got everything what he want. I'm not crying about implants and I can prove it:
- I gave my almost max-implanted char SuperMariusz for someone else and now i'm creating another,
- I offered my first implant what I found in this game to someone else from my first team here,
- I want to share some implanted characters for my actually faction.

Again, if you do not like the suggestion I have wrote. Then say why you do not like it.
Coz I don't want to repeat what I say then let me just insert some quote of my last post.

And in your opinon, this item is Implants? There is a reason why people want them, and it's not about hoarding, it's about getting on the same platform as other players (PvP level)

I don't play this game because of this implant balance. playing for 1 year to have a full combat advantage over other players is not right Imo. I don't care how much you say "Ppl will quit when they get everything"

Some ppl will get implants via your suggested way and they'll still not be able to fight.

Most of these ppl play for items, especially implants. It doesn't matter they have good team here, friends here, time to play here. Look for these shitty bluesuit looters on NR. Even if they get full set of implants then they'll not start play as regullar PvPer - they'll stop play and next trolls will take theirs place. The same will be when they get implants for free, but it will really only safe their time.

This is the game and it should be the game. Ppl here play for some rewards. And yes, I agree - this session takes too long but it isn't reason to break the rules. If new guys want to be able to fight against older players lets enhance way to get gear and implants for them. If they really want to play here then they will.

Drastic times call for drastic measures may the satisfaction from pvp be their reward. Also it wouldnt prevent hoarders and higher goalers from collecting stuff they can collect vertibirds they can collect power armors and they can level their characters endlessly.
In 2238 days there were no implants no stuff with bonuses nor anything worth collecting and people kept playing anyway.
