Could you show DxDiag report? That might help us to solve your problem.

Now it crashes even when I'm not overweight. I give up. I tried everything you guys told me to. Maybe its hardware compatibility issues? Or sever side issues idk.

It seams the problem is on your side, if it was something server side or general client bug more people would have it. Can you attach crash dump from this latest crash. Do both clients (D3D and OGL) crash?
:facepalm

Your W7 OS is old, because there isn't SP1 update. That could be problem, or something else on your side.

I had FOnline working on Sp1 before I switched back and forth to Windows10 and a Seven. Same issue.

Do you use FOnlineD3D or GL? Try GL, less crashable.

Your GL client dump is older than first dumps you provided ;p
Timestamp   2015.01.25 06:33:13
But D3D one is fresh and I see you are still using same location:
D:\FOnline Reloaded\FOnline.exe

Have you tried downloading new client and place it in NEW location, such as D:\FOnline Reloaded2 ?
:facepalm

The dump for the GL was the latest I have. Yes I did.

One more question, does it happens with the same companion or it doesnt matter which one ?

Doesn't matter which companion or follower all the same. But I don't think that the crashes are related to being overweight anymore. As I seem to get them out of the blue on chars that I have no followers or that aren't overweight. I have no idea what could cause them. But I crash most frequently when I am overweight or when I have an overweight follower. For example when I walk into my private mine after a minute I get insta-crash.

I'm going to try and see if I have the same problem with other FOnline clients.

You're not alone then. Function which your crashdumps shows as crash point didn't changed since november 2010. If it would be bugged, all players would be affected, not just you.

Bad news is that your crashdumps are mostly useless as they don't even show callstack correctly.

Good news is that Reloaded is currently moving everything what's possible from .dlls to scripts. What it means for players is that even if something nasty will happen it should not lead to application crash - in most cases client is still able to run [without failing features ofc]. It's also easier to catch *what* is failing for devs - and that's the main problem in this case :)

Yeah, sadly. So far nobody was able to reproduce your issue, so no idea where to even start.
