TC taxes

Idk if there isnt such a system already, but I have an idea for TC taxes. What it would be about?

It would be a simple system that adds to TC lockers 10% of caps earned by or bought from given town traders.

Why? Not to boost controlling gang ofc - but to give them reason to NOT shoot ppl from outside their faction on sight. Simply becouse that guy might bring them some free cash by simply doing some barter with NPC from town they controll. What do you think of that idea?

it is good idea but hard to say if it will be work
for long time it's more profitable than killing everyone but if others understands that?

There was something like that on 2238 and it didn't work because players prefered to kill those strangers and take all loot instead of 10%.
