I will trade implants for other implants.

Dermal Impact Armor     4% Normal / Explode Resistance   (3 units)
Phoenix Armor Implants     4% Fire / Laser / Plasma Resistance (3 units)
Nemean Armor                    +20 Max HP   (4 units)
Hypertrophy Accelerator    +1 Strength    (1 unit)
Optics Enhancer            +1 Perception    (2 units)
Nociception Regulator    +1 Endurance    (0.5 unit)
Empathy Synthesizer    +1 Charisma    (0.5 unit)
Logic Co-Processor            +1 Intelligence (2 units)   
Reflex Booster                    +1 Agility             (2 units)
Probability Calculator    +1 Luck             (1 unit)

So, if you want to trade implants for another you have the units.

It means that for +1 int (2 units) + 1 agility (2 units) you can trade for neaman.

If I have in stock of course, which I have most of the times.

I want to exchange charisma (3 units) and endurance (1 units) = 4units exchangeable for Nemean Armor +20 Max HP  ::)

I do not think that these implants are so many at all. Most likely I'd have no luck = ((Maybe you will agree to exchange the old price ... charisma (2units)  in exchange for the strength or the perception or intellect?
