Craft able flares.

New update is nice and I would like to introduce idea to get more flares.
1. Make them buy able from shops
2. Make new recipe for it: gun powder/junk/metal part

Well, you have to make alts to get them, which is actually boring.
At least make them spawn in lockers or caves or something...

my vote is on keepin em rare. With the new option to farm piles of players by popping a flare in the wasteland they should be hard to find. Also, disable TB on flare area.

the ide to make it worthless is the bad.... flares worth now good money maybe this will keep players out of their bunkers and bases more to look for them in encos.... ffs dont add stupid farmer ides in game to make the game more boring....
