Every time i try to buy a dog at the salvager camp the trainer just says " oh please.... leave me alone douche". Im not a douche! i just want a dog! I have the money and everything yet i still cant buy a dog, is this a possible glitch, or am i doing something wrong? Please help!

I have already bought dogs this session while I only played 1 CH characters.

As Mad Matt said I think this is a problem of party points or a Loner character.
