Everyone has talked about this, I have good idea how it would work.

Party system

- Leader will manage party with dialog system that is available on the pipboy.

- On party system leader has few options: Invite player to party, Kick player from party, Experience share, Leave from party.

* Invite player to party -> Type players name you want add to your party.

* Kick player from party -> Type players name you want kick from your party.

* Experience share -> 0% mean that everyone get own experience, 25% experience will be cut 25% with all party members, 50% experience will be cut 50% with all party members, 75% experience will be cut 75% with all party members.

* Leave from party -> Party will be closed when leader choose this, party members can go out from the party with this option they have on their pipboy.

Idea is broken with current game mechanics of spawning mob. I would rather see add + Experience to a party when killing on hunt, this way XP wont be splitted from what is to kill (basicly, mostly 2 to 10 monsters, with those last being rare encounters), but each kill will be more gain without need of sharing.

Still there MUST be change to encourage hunting in groups and make it better experience towards party leveling.

If you want Xp to be shared with rule 25% per party member (in that case maximum party is 4 players!), there is no difference in it, than in kill order, which is practiced in group hun currently.

Mobs, that are spawning in encounter are random rolled betwean 1 and 5 from each group (I mean those better XP mobs). This mechanics (spawning) combined with your suggestion would end up in exact calculations (time x XP) as it is now.

However, better slution would be to add BONUS of 25% XP gain for every kill made in team for other party members. Example: I kill monster, I get 1000XP, all my mates gets additional 250XP for being in team and helping. If other member kills said monster, he gets 1000, and I get 250XP.

Also, rule of mob spawinng in ecnounters while leading a party should gain new rule with: 2 Base monsters + 2 for every party member (so party of 5 would be granted with 12 monsters - which, itself, would generate more XP from encounter.

Curently all mobs spawn in same manner, so rule its always TIME x XP  / Party members - and should be like: Time x XP + Party Members

Ur idea is bad because you will double exp from encounter. If you want this it should be lie this:
2menbers- 75/25
3members- 75/15/15
4members-  75/10/10/10

not doubled, but 25% gained from each kill team member is gaining. its basicly temporary perk with 25% gain for kill when party is assambled.

4 players are killing 1 Nasty Floater

Experience from Nasty Floater = 1000xp

Experience setting = 0% -> reward for who do finishing blow to Nasty Floater -> 1000xp

Experience setting = 25% -> reward for each player -> 250xp

Experience setting = 50% -> reward for 2 players that did last hit before it died -> 500xp each

Experience setting = 75% -> reward for 2 players that did last hit before it died, 1 player get 50% and 1 player that get 25% -> 500xp, 250xp and rest of experience 250xp will be half for remaining 2 players -> 125xp each

I know this is boring, I just didn't get better example.

Possible to change experience percent for each player

Example!

Leader -> 10%
Member1 -> 20%
Member2 -> 30%
Member3 -> 40%

Leader reward -> 100xp
Member1 reward -> 200xp
Member2 reward -> 300xp
Member3 reward -> 400xp

-> 1000xp total experience for killing Nasty Floater.

so, as I said before, it nothing more than sharing kills in party, as we do it now (I kill 1, you kill 1, 3rd kill 3rd, ect.)

mojuk has done a feature of sharing experience with party already, it's waiting for wipe.
