Add leather jacket/helmet to starter fixboy.

You are born.
You are born knowing how to craft 10mm and 9mm pistol, shotgun, and tents.
So why are you born not knowing how to craft the most basic armor? I'm not asking for something awesonesauce, just the MOST BASIC armor- on par with the level of your weapons.
