Title: Cant use the terminal in the base I just bought.

So yeah the title says it all. I payed 50,000 caps for a gas station base, and I cant use the computer in it. WTF? Am I doing something wrong?

When I try and access the terminal, it says I am not authorized to use it. So What do I do?
